yoga # 30.5
May. 12th, 2009 10:39 amHad a nice little yoga practice last night. I thought it would only be half a practice, but I made it just over 40 minutes, which counts as a full practice (although there were things I didn't have time to do, and some things I moved quickly through that I would have preferred to spend more time on). I did all my strength stuff, which is good. Getting better at crow and headstand in every practice. My abs = like whoa.
Now what would be awesome is if I could make 40 total practices by the end of this month! There's just under three weeks left in May, so I'd have to do around three full practices per week. It's possible to do, but it might be tricky, since we are definitely traveling the last weekend in May, and maybe for Memorial Day too. I'll have to work on it.
