I was feeling so accomplished before I decided to update this list. I actually haven't gotten as much of it done as I'd thought. Oh well. I have all day tomorrow to sleep in and get stuff done.

Angel season 4 is officially done. We even watched the bloopers. That's probably why I felt so accomplished, since watching it was such a monumental task. The end made me fairly glad, though. After Jasmine showed up I enjoyed it all much more because it was less angsty drama and more how do we defeat the monster drama. And I liked how it ended up. Angel (himself) is just so good. I can't wait til next season.

This morning Jorn and I slept in and then played a rousing game of I Won't Let You Kiss Me On The Nose, which he always wins and which drives me nuts. Just once and I would be happy, you know? But I caught up to him later in the day, and Dann also let me kiss *his* nose, which made me feel better too. Jorn and I watched the first two episodes in his collection of Star Trek the original series. Very cool, very enjoyable. I'd forgotten how fun that show was. Now I get to see all of it. At least until Buffy season 7 arrives. BuffyBuffyBuffy!! ::dances::

We also went to BJ's with Miles and Farbs and Dann today. Got swedish fish and feminine hygiene products, and also helped M & F shop for party supplies for next week. Then we had dinner out and settled in at their place to watch Saved, which I totally loved. A really fun movie. Now J, D, F, and Maddie went out to a party where they weren't really going to know anyone, so I didn't want to go. Apparently they're either having an awesome time or have gone to IHOP or something, since they're not home yet. I got a copy of Gar's new book in the mail today from amazon, so I am reading. It's good stuff. I am proud of Gar. Going to go read a few more chapters before I go to sleep...

- sewing: zipper on green dress, hem on black pants, and holes in backpack and purse, and the belt loop on the pleather pants, and the too-long straps on my tank top; patches on patchy jeans & on comfy black pants

I got quite a lot done today. Wardrobe maintenance, mostly: I put away all the tank tops and most of the t-shirts and got out all the sweaters, and put everything away neatly where it should be. I even put away all my sandals so now there's actual floor space in the bottom of the closet. And then I did my sewing. Fixed the backpack hole and the hole in my favorite purse, so now those are usable again, and I fixed the pleather pants and the hem on my black dress pants, and shortened the straps on my pajama tank top, and most importantly, finished fixing the zipper on my beautiful green dress. Now that dress is in charge and ready to go for future glamorous formal birthday parties. I almost screwed up once when my thread got tangled really badly, but then I detangled it and got back on track, and the zipper looks like it should look. This dress really is perfect.

I also did two loads of laundry today, watched an episode of Star Trek the original series, and listened to several comedians as I did my sewing. And I wrote out three Halloween cards to send to various family members. And I ate swedish fish.
