weights, squats, some seated poses. I'm still really tired and working through a head cold, but I don't want to lose all my yoga-ness.
I feel like we are so busy right now I don't have time for anything. We relaxed a lot over the weekend (partly to nurse the looming head cold--I slept an extra three hours Monday afternoon and an extra three hours Tuesday morning), but still.
