books 2012: Incarceron, by Catherine Fisher

This YA book was a lot of fun, and I loved the unique premise: that the main character is trapped in a futuristic living prison.

books 2012: Sapphique (Incarceron #2), by Catherine Fisher

An interesting conclusion to the story begun in Incarceron. I wasn't completely thrilled with the ending - I think the technology could have used a little more explanation, and I wasn't totally sure how the Incarceron solution really happened. But overall, a fun series to read that kept me turning pages late at night.
