books 2012: Grendel, by John Gardner
Oct. 21st, 2012 07:06 pmMan, Gardner sure could write. I'd been meaning to read this for a while. Pretty big downer, though, and I was less interested in the philosophical ideas than in just hearing the story from Grendel's perspective.
