Went to the dentist last night for a cleaning. It took maybe half an hour, didn't hurt at all, no cavities or problems. This is the benefit of flossing! I wish I'd realized before that it actually does have an effect. Let all of you learn from my example.

In other news: I'm not going to the B&D Ball tonight--I'm going to a game night at a friend's house instead. Have fun if you're going!

Flossing is groovy. I feel weird if I run out of floss or something and miss a day.

dan and i went recently and both had six cavities each.
so we floss every day now and use a sonicare toothbrush.
