my soap Acathla

so last night, we went over to rhett's to watch buffy, and rhett gave me a present that she made me for my reading--using two bars of soap, she carved an Acathla (those who've seen 2nd season buffy know who that is) with his mouth open, and an Angel (whose leg fell off while she was carving him, but oh well), and the Angel is attached to the Acathla with a small sword stuck through them. this is seriously one of the most super presents ever.

I agree! pictures must be taken! I'm getting strange little visuals in my head now... heh. Poor Angel, only has one leg, and he's got a sword through him. :)

i'll give it a try... but be warned, i don't have a digital camera, and my zoom isn't spectacular... i just took a few pics, so we'll see how they turn out.

well, of course, the first time i saw that episode, i was devastated... but in general, acathla is i think the cutest stone demon ever. he's all like, rar! but in stone.

(and honestly, wouldn't it suck to be acathla? i mean, he's never even taken an actual breath, let alone *done* anything. sure, he's evil, but he's probably all sad there in the stone, you know?)

it's SO cute. i tried taking a few pictures, so we'll see how they turn out... i don't have the best zoom, though. maybe i can hunt down a digital camera somewhere.
