Only about 30-35 minutes, but it was a good practice. (Short because I chatted on the phone with my parents for an hour when I got home from work, and now I need to make some dinner.) My thighs and hips are really appreciating tonight's practice.
Listened to Anoushka Shankar, and I'm not really loving it. There are only seven songs on the album; of those, two of them are good upbeat yoga songs, and one is very pretty and slow, nice for savasana. That leaves four songs that are pretty much boring and forgettable. I need more yoga music. Suggestions?
