books 2010: The Story Sisters, by Alice Hoffman

When my mom lent this to me, she said it was possibly her favorite Alice Hoffman book yet. I might have to agree. This was a heartbreaking book, a beautiful and lovely book. It makes me afraid to have a daughter. Highly recommended.

I'm so glad! I do really like Alice Hoffman's work. There's a lot of fairy tale themes in this book, which I really like too and which is kind of different for Hoffman.
