This was a little uneven but fun. My favorite part was Bravd and the Weasel (characters totally swiped from Fritz Leiber's Fafrd and the Grey Mouser, and I liked being in on the joke). At times it got a little formulaic (Twoflower wants to do X, Rincewind thinks it's a bad idea, they get attacked by Y, Twoflower is excited and Rincewind is terrified, and somehow they escape). But it was a fun formula for the most part. My favorite character was probably the Luggage. Overall, solid, but not as good as the later novels.
