It's been over six weeks since my last jog. This spring just really got away from me what with the house buying, travel for work, Meg's wedding, Friendcation, and of course yoga training. I dragged my carcass out of bed this morning and was outside by 6:17 AM. My ankles hurt, my neck hurts (in that same spot it was hurting in before; haven't been paying enough attention to stretching that in yoga), and I think my thighs are going to be killing me tomorrow. Realized why my ipod was so slimy inside its case: I tuck it in my bra when I run, and even though it was in a case, the case has little vents, so the sweat must've been getting in there (yum!). Also, I am really really slow. And I hate shorts. But it was good to get outside and run.
