Today F made me go jogging. I really miss jogging but I am so out of practice. We jogged around our neighborhood. We jogged about 1.6 miles, for a total of about 20 minutes. I'm really out of shape.
It looks like I'm going to average out at about one jog per month for 2011. That's a shame, but considering how much stuff happened this year, I guess I'll take it.
