F got this graphic novel from the library and then passed it to me. The artwork is incredibly beautiful. Really traumatic things happen to these characters; overall I was satisfied with the book's ending, but I'm still kind of distraught about the traumatic things. Especially because it's such a long book that it can't be read in one or two sittings (even by me). And I would have liked a little more certainty at the end. But ultimately the book captivated me and kept me reading, and again, the art is intricate, detailed, and gorgeous.
