It was my dad's birthday this week, so I got to binge out on Rick Riordan novels, following the time-honored family tradition of reading someone's gift before you give it to them. It was awesome. This book started out a little rough for me - we just jumped right into the action, and I needed a little time to catch up and remember what happened in the previous book - but once it got going, I was on board and really enjoyed it. And now I'm looking forward to Father's Day when (shhh!) Dad will be receiving the next one.
