This was a fun volume: lots of shout-outs to the fans with the Christmas story (of COURSE Santa is a Fable!) and the Q&A section at the end, but also a lot of plot movement what with the adversary's war council. And interesting developments with Flycatcher's character too - really glad they're poised to do something more with him than comic relief. Looking forward to volume 10!
