Finished 5/10/16. Why do the book titles kind of have nothing to do with what the book is actually about? I'm never going to remember a year from now that this is the trilogy about Russian sorcerer people. And I'm finding Alina kind of annoying (her first-person narration is a little too self-conscious), but she's intriguing too. Some good surprises in this volume, and overall really enjoying it.
