This was a lot of fun, though my suspicion (that time was a big loop and Vivian was the younger version of the Time Lady who would eventually found the city) was not correct. I did find it fun that the villains were actually the family whose daughter Vivian was impersonating. And it was a totally different take on time travel, too, a much messier version. Fun to read.
