new thermal pants!

i have the best mommy ever--yesterday i got a package in the mail containing two pairs of warm thermal pants. and they are clean! unlike my other pair of warm thermal pants, which started out white and now are kind of grey, due to our lack of laundry facilities. so i'm wearing nice new clean thermal pants. i also found a cute thermal top that my mom gave me for christmas--it's one of the ones designed to be worn as a normal shirt, because it has little blue roses all over it, and it's really cute. and i wore my new jeans all night last night, and while they are too big in the waist and i'll be doing the patented battistini jeans shimmy whenever i wear them, they do have nice bells and look very cute. so i'll be keeping them.

speaking of battistini, i don't know what she wants to do tomorrow. i think the discount tickets we can get for museums are good any day, so after work i'm going to go pick up some aquarium and museum of science tickets just in case we end up wanting to go to one of those. but i'm psyched to see her. yay.

i'm also excited about the possibility of starting a Girly Movie Night, possibly as a monthly or every-other-week event. the girls i've talked to seem excited about the idea, and there's about 1237364287 movies i want to see that my usual partner in movie-watching has seen already or refuses to see because it's Girly. so hopefully lots of other girls will come to the first one, and then we can make it a trend. i would even bake stuff, because baked goods make any party better.

and i'm listening to my smashing pumpkins album again. it's nice to remember how much i really, really liked these songs.

okay--time to take some dictation. (because you can't take dictation without the dic?)
