i would just like to tell y'all about this. today almost $1100 was directly deposited into my account (we get paid every two weeks). knowing that today was payday, i brought all my bills into work and wrote out a bunch of checks, totalling over $1000. i just spent my entire pay check, y'all. and i'm not even paying off the credit card bills till *next* month. let's have a cheer for erasing my debt!

yaaaaaaaaay.

but the good news is, all my roommates will be getting presents when i get home. that's right, i owed money to every single one of my roommates. but no longer, goddammit.

and i have two checks from my weekend job to deposit tomorrow. that's a good thing.

rock on, i always feel empowered when i pay my bills :) congrats dude that is a beautiful thing! personally, my favorite part is putting on the return address label and the stamp, but that's just because i am the biggest dork ever and snail mail to me is the greatest thing. i actually get excited when i see the postperson :) funny random story: when i was in our new house for the first time by myself during the day, i heard this bang and crash and slam (sounded like the whole house was coming down) and i thought for sure that someone was in the house coming to "get me"...and then i found out that was all the noise the mail flap and front door make when the mail is delivererd by my favorite friend the mail person...whoops :) ok, that was so random it hurt. congrats again on freeing your debt, you go girl!!!!
