so i went online just now to check on the status of the new willow action figures, since they're arriving out soon. and i discovered that the vampire willow variant is totally sold out on the manufacturer's website--it's completely exhorbitant on ebay and even at the other online stores i usually check. i really wanted this one, too. and remember how, a while ago, i was talking about how this one online store was doing a special box set and i was thinking about preordering it? well, they filled their quota for preorders, and they're not taking any more. so if i want a box set (which will have vampire willow, dark witch willow, and white witch willow), i'll have to be watching the website like a hawk for the next two months until they get the figures in stock, and then the cost will be $47.99 plus shipping, as opposed to the $39.99 i would've paid if i had preordered. darn. i mean, this isn't some huge deal anyway, it's just fun stuff, and i can even think of lots of other things i'd rather have besides a bunch of willow action figures. but i did want that vampire one. teh.
