i am somehow not surprised that david got mentioned in the New Yorker. The NEW YORKER! that's so awesome. and he's talking about setting some of my poems. how freakin' cool is that? i am so proud. he's all bad-ass.

he's got show dates posted on his webpage - www.davidtlittle.com - and there's a performance saturday at 3:00 that i'm going to.

thanks! i've known him since freshman year in college, and ever since we figured out that he's a composer and i'm a poet we've talked about it, but this time it actually seems like it's going to happen--there's a commission he needs to write that's going to be performed this fall, and there's specific poems in my thesis he wants to do, and he says he'll get me copyright forms and stuff. pretty neat!
