i've been superactive all this week. monday i walked to work (about a mile, i think--need a pedometer) and then went to yoga monday night. tuesday, yoga. wednesday, walked to work then played DDR that night. thursday, went to gene's ass-kicking yoga class, then almost three hours of DDR last night. today i am damn sore. but if i can keep up this frenetic level of activity, good things should start happening. and you know what, i feel good. i've been staying up later and waking up earlier and not being tired all the time. rrwwwr.
i think i'm eating a little better too. tuesday morning i went to star before work and got juice (actually, white cranberry peach tea) that is yummy and better for me than pepsi, and i'm drinking that and water all day. and snacking on teddy grahams (which probably aren't that good for me, but are probably better than chocolate or fritos or something) and granola bars and bananas. the main thing i have to work on is healthier dinners. i mean, wednesday i think i had some mashed potatoes at 9:00pm and that was dinner. it just always seems like food that's good for me takes too long to prepare when i'm getting home late already.
in other news--big nice lunch today with Regina, Jony!Joni!Jone!, and the Kipster. we're going to Henrietta's Table, which apparently has good vegetarian options. i'll let you know what i get.
