I called my credit card company a few minutes ago. Deanna in the disputes department was very nice. She said that I do need to send the jeans back if I want to dispute the charge, and I said I don't have a problem with doing that. We found an address on the website (although not under the "Returns" section, which basically just says that if you measure right they'll fit and you won't have to return them), and I'm going to ship the pants to that address via certified mail and keep the proof that I did so. Deanna says that if Harry doesn't pay me back within 30 days then the credit card company will refund my money.

Went to the gym tonight. 33 minutes on the elliptical, at a 7 incline and a 4 resistance. I could definitely feel the difference. I started paying more attention to my strides-per-minute or whatever it's called, and trying to keep that number up. I noticed I burned more calories on the calorie meter, too--I guess when you're working against more resistance and moving faster, that kind of thing might happen! So it was 400 calories tonight, instead of the 300 or so I think I usually burn. Then, three times around the track to cool down, then yoga stretching. Got talked to by a muscular guy named Chris who has a degree in exercise science. He said he needs to stretch more, and we talked about the benefits of doing yoga. (I was tempted to say, flexibility, stamina, AND muscle control, baby, but I limited myself to just talking about flexibility. When an actual cutie talks to me at the gym, perhaps then I may mention how practicing yoga can have a positive effect on *every* aspect of one's life.) Interestingly, men at the gym talk to me when I'm doing yoga. I think the women think I'm showing off. I kind of am, but mostly I just want to do my yoga. Anyway, I managed to also fit in 7 pushups and 20 squats. No tabletops or backbends, but it's better than nothing, and doing those really would be showing off.

This is really silly, but one of my favorite things about the elliptical machine? The way my ponytail swings back and forth. I always wear my hair in a ponytail because of this, never in a bun. I like the rhythm of it, and it cools off my neck. I probably look like I'm bopping along to annoyingly perky music like Britney Spears. Well, sometimes I am.
