I thought this book was excellent. Some of the mystery plot twists are a little silly, but considering the book was first published in the 1860s and it was ground-breaking in the genre, it deserves some license. Collins writes character as well as, and possibly better than, any other novelist I've read. Highly recommended.

I had the day off for Independence Day, so I was able to do a longer yoga practice. I'm really trying to incorporate some of the things I'm reading about in Iyengar and Thich Nhat Hanh, and it made a difference today. A really excellent practice.
