Getting back into the routine of getting up for work has been hard this week; it's been even harder getting up the extra half hour early to do yoga and get to work by 8:30 for summer hours. Getting out of bed today was hard, hard, hard, but I managed and got in a 30 minute yoga practice. Did a full weight routine (how could my arms get so weak with only a week off from lifting?), four sun salutations, and then some floor stuff. I was moving slow and feeling tired, so it was a quiet practice.
I got a Starbucks grande nonfat chai when I got downtown. Now I'm at work, feeling zonked but also wired from the chai. I think I will sleep hardcore tonight.
