supercheesegirl: (watch out!)
I'm going to make some lists. I don't care if you think they're boring.

To Do:

- take car for inspection!!!
- get glasses fixed
- dentist appt: T 4:45
- hair appt: Th 5:30
- pick up coat from dry cleaner on Th!
- buy cards for various people

- sewing: zipper on green dress, hem on black pants; patches on patchy jeans & on comfy black pants
- embark on project
- read for class next week
- clean room
- put away tank tops; put out sweaters
- do laundry!
- finish watching Angel season 4
- groceries
- pilates with Amy, M 6:30
- ask Dylan what the status is on his halloween costume
- rent many movies with Blockbuster discount card before 10/31
- watch aforementioned movies
- watch Red Sonja!
- make brownies

See, I included several things I know for a fact I will actually do, so I can have double the fun by then crossing them off the list! But actually, all or the majority of these things will be done before Halloween. I will be industrious Rox.

Just so you know, Rox - Dyl is gone for the weekend. His mom caught pneumonia so he went back to Springfield a day early to take care of her.

Oh man. Poor Dyl, poor Mom. That sucks.

I just looked at that community and your lists are so awesome.

I am a big list-maker. I don't do it as much now because I have very few things to actually *do* these days, but I used to post lists here all the time. The best one was the post with the nested lists. But that was an unusually busy week with my thesis reading. :)

I make lists but I don't follow up on them or cross things off. It's more like once I've made a list it's cemented in my head and I don't forget. I like lists also because they help organize and prioritize all the things I have to do. I'm very organize-y.

Why just today I went through the Federal Payroll Tax file and sorted and organized all the bi-weekly Federal tax deposit payments, sorting them by quarter and running a tape on each quarter to ensure it matched the tax paid on the 941. Oh wait, that was too much information for the lay person, wasn't it? Well, I was excited about it anyway! :P

p.s. I have to laugh at "menstrate" on your miscellaneous list. I mean, it's not as if you have control over it but I can see putting it on your list as it does create extra work and things to remember.

It's definitely something that needs to get done. :)
