Today was a good day. Hooray for Veterans. I'm selfishly glad that they sacrifice so much for our country so I can have a day off work. Today, to honor the veterans, I started the day by staying out dancing til 2am, then slept in late, had brunch, went shopping, and bought two sweaters. Thank you, veterans.
I also met my friend Fritz at the airport. (I know Fritz from Greensboro, although we never lived there simultaneously since he was gone before I got there.) He's in town primarily to visit his best friends from college, but since he's here I also get to see him. We hung out all afternoon and got dinner from Cafe Kiraz before he departed to go to his friend's place in Quincy. Very, very good to see him. We'll probably meet for lunch or something on Monday or Tuesday.
Tomorrow night I have teh hott date with teh hott girl. Yehy.
Jorn forgot to set the VCR to tape Top Model for me last night. At first I was mad, but now I just feel really bad because he's clearly really upset with himself. I know exactly how it feels to be berating yourself for being stupid and disappointing somebody. Now I just want his friends to go home so I can snuggle him and stuff.
Mom's on the phone--got to go.
