canceled the newspaper

To the roommates: I canceled the newspaper effective end of January. It was a $11 a month that just wasn't paying for itself, since I hardly ever remember to clip the coupons and we don't use them that often anyway, and it doesn't seem like the rest of you really read it except for the comics. If unbeknownst to me you were reading the paper on the sly and would like the service picked up again, I'll chip in for it but I don't feel like paying the whole thing anymore. It could be something that Dylan pays for and then charges with the monthly bills, if we all decide we want it.

Also, I'm going bra shopping after work, and when I arrive home I'm going to want to sit on my ass and eat chocolate. Just FYI. Maybe we can order pizza?

You know, I read it for the comics and for use as a drop cloth for art projects. For the first, there's online comics.com, and for the second, I get some weekly town paper for free...

Did it involve bra shopping? Because I'm enjoying picturing that. :) And we did order pizza, and sit on our asses, and I ate chocolate, so I judge the evening a full success.

actually, it involved going to a funeral and running out of gas on the way. but if you want to go bra shopping sometime, i'm down for whatever.

last night, though, i went and got some cannolis and some gelato, so my evening was a full success too.

Yowch. Sorry to hear that, funerals are bad enough to begin with without having car problems. *hug* But cannolis and gelato can do a lot to improve one's day.
