yeh, well. i'm getting a hundred and some back from federal, but somehow i owe north carolina ninety-something. i think the difference might buy me a bottle of whiskey. teh.

Last year I owed North Carolina $7. Seven! How silly is that? And the year before I owed a bunch more. Massachusetts is nicer.
