This was an amazing book. Really, really, good, really intense. I don't think I'll ever want to read it again, though. But I might read the sequel.

Speaker for the dead is SO GOOD. But it is the only sequel that is worth reading. Don't read ANY of the others, except maybe Ender's Shadow.

Ender's Game is my favorite book by OSC. The sequels are all good but none quite as good as Ender's. Why do you think you wouldn't read it again? I've read it 2-3 times so far.

It just made me so *sad*. Yesterday was such a sad day.

My boss loaned me her copy and I really enjoyed it, too. I haven't bothered getting the sequel. Let me know if you read it.

Will do. It'll get an entry here if it gets read. :)

I loved Ender's Game! My high school English teacher lent me a copy, saying he thought I'd like it. It was one of the coolest things he ever did.

In my opinion, though, Speaker for the Dead didn't hold a candle to Ender's game. But I can be pretty picky.

I also really liked it. I'll probably read Speaker for the Dead at some point, but for the moment I'm taking a break from fantasy and sci fi. I doubt it'll be a *long* break, considering that's what most of the books in my pile are, but still. I've been on a big fantasy/sf kick lately and I need my little dose of reality. :)
