I finished it just in time to not give it back to Annie last night! It was a very cute fluffy novel. It was excellent to read on the train this morning, as there were terrible crazy backups on the red line for some reason and it took forever to get from Central to Harvard. Meh. But I had this fun book!

Last night we had Girls Hong Kong Tuesday, and of course on the way over I had to stop and look at the clearance rack at Harvard Book Store. Picked up two $1 paperbacks: The Kitchen God's Wife, and Undead And Unwed. I've heard good things about both, so I figured they were a bargain at $1 each. Like I need more books. But I can't help it...

I read the Kitchen God's Wife as a freshman in high school. For the record, 14 is too young to read this book. Other than that, good read.

Luckily, I am not fourteen. :) I liked The Joy Luck Club okay, so hopefully I'll like this one too.
