Dear guest relations staff,

I am writing to encourage and support the return of the apple caramel bagel. When I first moved to Boston from North Carolina in the fall of 2003, I greatly enjoyed visiting Finagle restaurants, and I always ordered an apple caramel bagel (toasted, with butter). Imagine my surprise when, in the spring of 2004, I ordered my usual apple caramel bagel and was told it was only a seasonal delight! I am an understanding customer, and it makes sense that apple caramel bagels only be sold in the autumn. However, during the fall of 2004, I visited several Finagle locations in the hopes of finding the apple caramel bagel again, but I never had success. I can only conclude that the so-called "seasonal" bagel did not make a resurgence during the fall of last year. This has been a huge disappointment to me, because while I enjoy all the various bagels offered at Finagle, the apple caramel still holds a special place in my heart. This is why I am writing to you now. I truly hope that Finagle plans to bring back the apple caramel bagel this fall. Please take note of this heartfelt request from
