yo yo yo. i'm actually in a computer lab on campus, waiting for workshop at 2. there was something interesting i've been meaning to post about, but now i don't remember what it was.

this morning i went to edward mckay's (the used books etc store) and spent way too much money again. but i got an ursula le guin that i've been looking for, plus a book of katherine mansfield's short stories and a marquez novel i've never read. AND a bryan andreas poetry book for only $2.25. woo. plus a christmas gift for my mom--i found on video the first two episodes of the tv show Beauty and the Beast (it had linda hamilton and ron perlman) and we really liked that show and watched it back in the day, so i know she'll like it. AND i got a pika-surprise for jorn, too...

there's a fiction reading tonight and a party afterwards, which i don't know if i'm going to.

this weekend: friday SAI event at 5 till probably 7 or so and maybe with social time afterwards (no time for salsa dancing). saturday, work at teh HLC for the LAST TIME, go hang out with the SAI girls for some sort of as-yet-unplanned social event. sunday, work 2-5 at blandwood.

to do:
--read Shirley by Charlotte Bronte for class next wednesday
--read poems for tuesday's intro workshop and write critiques for each
--write and write and write and actually do some phreakin' revising for once, hopefully work on the saint augustine poems
--pick up film from teh target
--finish my damned 100 list (i'm on #91, dammit) and type it up and post it
