Found this in a job description and had to look it up:
cor·ri·gen·dum n. pl. cor·ri·gen·da (-d) 1. An error to be corrected, especially a printer's error. 2. corrigenda: A list of errors in a book along with their corrections.
There was an episode of Monk where he was looking for a new job and tried to be a fact checker for a magazine. He wrote out several pages of mistakes and during the interview was asked how many issues of the magazine he had gone through. One was the response.
