books 2006: On Bullshit, by Harry G. Frankfurt

What an excellent little book. It was first published as an essay and was passed around by scholars and philosophers in that form, until it was published in a cute little hardback by Princeton University Press in 2005. If you're interested in philosophy, language, rhetoric, politics, or bullshit in general, I highly recommend finding a copy somewhere.
