Day 3 in a row of yoga. I was out on the back deck in the heat for 40 minutes! I got very sweaty! But I managed to do almost all of my standing poses (I cut the ones that my feet slip the most on, because my feet were very slippery) and did a bunch of seated poses, plus my squats, pushups, and crunches. My thighs were feeling those squats all day yesterday, not in a bad pain way but in a good strong way. And I really like doing my yoga first thing in the morning out on the deck, even though it's hot. Sometimes a little breeze comes by and it feels so good.
Next: breakfast and large glasses of water, then attic work, then holy dang do I need a shower.
