I read this one years ago, and reread it a while later actually. I think my favorite thing about the book, aside from Bujold's great job with character (which I expected, from reading her other books), was the theology system. It was simple, consistent, original, and made me want to run a roleplaying campaign using it :)

I really enjoyed the theology, too, actually. And I can see how it would be really cool in an rpg. :)
