books 2006: Lucky, by Alice Sebold

This is a memoir by the woman who wrote The Lovely Bones. It was a pretty amazing book. She had a really rough time. As a book, I think The Lovely Bones was better, but this was a good read, gripped me all the way through. I've been meaning to read this for years, so I'm glad I finally did.

What I find so amazing about Lucky is that it's non-fiction, but it reads as though it is fiction. Or at least, that's what I thought.
