virus, anyone?

so... the Brasil.exe virus just showed up on my computer. does anybody know anything about that? it showed up out of nowhere and added itself to my windows folder and to my win.ini. should i do anything?

Yeah, I'd get a professional to take care of it at this point. If it's already surfaced on your Windows, there's not much you can do personally. We got the Red Worm virus on our computer about a year ago, and we're still seeing the after effects of it. We've even rebooted from the Windows disk twice. Seriously. If you aren't getting a new computer before long anyway, get it looked at by someone who knows what they're doing. Seriously.
