so last night, i went over to rhett's to watch buffy and eat pizza. we finished the second season--i got there at 6pm and left at 11:45. it was great. except for the part where the last two episodes of the second season were totally heartbreaking. i couldn't believe how people got killed off. i mean, it's one thing when you fight vampires and kick ass and stuff, but then the whole tone changes when your friends get hurt and die. not to mention all the angel stuff. i was so, so sad. i have to admit, though, that joss whedon is really brilliant.

note to jorn: dan would like his dvds back, if that's okay. i bet rhett will lend you her set, though, if you want to catch up. i'll get dan's when i'm at your place tonight.

and so after i left rhett's house at 11:45, i went to jorn's, and i was just planning on going right to bed b/c the buffy had really wiped me out. but when i got there jorn was watching a voyager episode he had taped, so i watched the second half of that with him, and then after we went to bed we stayed up talking for a while, so i know we didn't get to sleep till at least 1am. and then the alarm went off at 7:20. and again at 7:30. and again at 7:40...

now i'm at work. sleepy. and still sore from yoga two days ago. but it's good for me, and i'm excited, and if i just keep doing it, it'll get better.

and it's cold out. i had to wear my good coat this morning. *grump grump*

there was something else i was going to say. i don't remember what.

if you got to sleep with a buffy character, whom would you pick?

oh, that's right, the chicken. okay, so i buy the chicken (thigh pieces, not a whole chicken) on tuesday evening. i put it in the fridge, because i'm planning to cook it in the crock pot on wednesday. then i realize that i'm going to eat pizza on wednesday night, so i figure it'll be okay in the fridge till thursday. then on thursday morning, i realize that i'm probably going to catch dinner at the bar tonight. so i say shiznorz and put the chicken in the freezer, because now i really don't know when i'm going to eat it. question: do you think the chicken is still okay? i mean, just because it spent a day and a half in the fridge, that won't decrease its freezing potential or anything, right?

yeah, that's cool. If you could get rhett's copy, that would be nice.

well, you don't want to make a habit out of moving meats back and forth from the fridge to the freezer, back and forth over and over because that will eventually spoil the meat, but I don't think putting it back in the freezer one time is going to hurt it.

Spike and Angel, at the same time. No sense it doing things half-assed.
