staples? glue sticks? anyone?

Dear God. If I ever doubted my true nature as a packrat, I believe it now. I just unpacked the boxes of desk drawer stuff. Apparently I've been hoarding office supplies for at least seven years. You should see the stuff I snagged from Harvard. It's a wonder I've never been fired for my kleptomania.

On the plus side--lots of post-it notes! And pens! I could write for years straight and never run out of ink!

And even better, two large boxes completely emptied. (Yes, there are some significant piles of stuff on the floor, but those are going to disappear momentarily.)

Dude, I worked in the SUPPLY ROOM for 3.5 years! I've found so much random crap that I brought home, it's insane.

Though we never had glue sticks. I love glue sticks. They're awesome.

I have a thing about glue sticks. For a really long time, whenever I traveled, I packed glue sticks so I could glue various items in my travel journal. The journals I have look really cool, but I still have all these glue sticks I've hoarded. Kind of like glitter (which I stock up on every year right after Halloween).

haha, i still have a box full of office supplies from my brief stint as a paralegal several years ago. unfortunately, i didn't grab a large enough stash of pens, so i keep having to buy those. but post-it notes? man, i could probably wallpaper my room with them.
