Historical fiction about the early life of St. Patrick. Fun, and kind of an interesting version of things. I don't think it's a spectacularly fabulous novel or anything, but I liked the way the main character had the truth in front of him all along but had to follow his own path, do and experience certain things, before he himself would be ready to take in that truth. I also liked that he wasn't a Roman Christian but a Druid one. I appreciated the world view presented there. Yeah, it was worth reading.
