You should just jump in and get started! After all, you can only nominate during this week, and if you miss a day you can't make it up. Go vote for Kate Winslet and Johnny Depp or something (or, you know, Henry Ian Cusick), just to tide you over until you really decide. :)

My nominations are definitely going to be different from day to day.... I had a hard time selecting my 5, and then I thought of more to add. I really need to keep a running list of people I think are hot, cause when I'm pressured to recall that list, I freeze. :)
I love silly things like this though, it really brightens my day.
