I am finding it really exciting to picture Neil Gaiman in a giant LUSH bubble bath. OMG.

I got up early this morning and went to the gym! Go me! I spent 36 or so minutes on the elliptical. Emily, I discovered I like the ones with the moving arms, too, but I found it much more challenging to go backwards. Also, there is ample parking at the gym at 9:15 on a Sunday morning, but not so ample as one would expect.

I went to the ballet with my mom this afternoon. We saw Company B. It was pretty cool. We had a nice time and bought swedish fish for $3 at intermission. Next time (Dracula, in two weeks) we will pack our own swedish fish.

In other news, my allergies are acting up ridiculously. I have sneezed more times today than I had in all of 2007 up until today. Luckily Mom had Claritin in her purse. We also had time after the ballet to stop at Walgreens and get me my own box of Claritin. I'm hoping that today represents a 24-hour adjustment to the changing seasons and that I'll be normal henceforth.

My mom approves of my new dress. I bought it at NY&Co. last week, and I absolutely adored it but I was by myself at the time so I was a little concerned I might have been wrong. Nope. This dress is oh so right.

So do the lush bath things really make that much foam? That's pretty incredible.

Also, Neil Gaiman.... *drool*

Also, the show opens next Sat night. Trevor is coming up to see it with me. You can come too if you want. It's a good show (Diary of Anne Frank) but incredibly depressing. I recommend the next one (Complete Works of Shakespeare) for a fun time.

It sounds like a fun weekend (except for the allergies). Oh, for the moving-arms elliptical, I just use the stationary arms/handles when I'm moving backwards. You're right--it's hard.

Sigh, I miss NY&Co.

Yeah, that's what I did. Definitely harder going backwards, but in that good challenging way, I think. And surprisingly different from going backwards on a non-armed elliptical.
