Today's Scrabble

Today's Scrabble game was excellent. Five players: Jean, Lou, Kari, Karen, and I. Lou was, as always, a sore and grumpy loser.

My words:

08 points - OAR / TO
-4 to Jean, who went out first
135 total

I had to skip my last turn, because all I had left was a V and there are no two-letter words that begin with V. Final scores: 129 for Kari (she was pretty close on my tail, even though I had the bonus points, because she kept playing 30-point words), 101 (I think) for Karen, 99 for Jean, and I don't know what Lou had because he tore up his score sheet and stomped away.

He's okay, really, he just gets so competitive. I think yesterday was also a rough day for him at work. He emailed me to apologize later that afternoon.
