Me, too. I hate waking up tired and groggy. When I get to bed on time I am much more likely to wake up refreshed and rested. Why is it so hard?

You're sweet. :) The problem isn't you, though, it's my time management. Sometimes I have so many things I want to get done that I run around doing them until late; sometimes I feel lazy and I lay around or get online and don't get ready for bed until late. Sometimes we do talk until really late, but that's not so much the issue--when I don't call you till after 11:00, then I've screwed up and I'm not going to get enough sleep. Talking to you is an important part of my day and I don't want to cut that short, so I need to manage my crap better!

Ideally I'd like to be calling you at 10 p.m. every night, but I don't think that's realistic. 10:30 sounds more do-able. How about this: if I don't call you by 10:30 (7:30 your time), you can call or send me a text? Just on normal weeknight type nights, I mean, not for nights when you have yoga or either of us have special plans. Would that work for you?
