Wednesday: Went to the gym. 32 minutes on elliptical. Did arm weights and basic stretching. Forgot to weigh myself.
Thursday: Weight at the doctors, without shoes: 156.5.
Friday: Stuffed myself at dinner with my parents, then went to the gym. Elliptical for 25 minutes, then arm weights and basic stretching. Weight: 164.5. That's with sneakers on, and after a full dinner, but I'm still beginning to think there might be something wrong with the gym scale. Oh well, it's the scale I've got available.
