I went out to lunch with my mom today. We went to Applebee's, and I thoughtfully chose the soup/salad combo lunch: the tomato basil soup with the chicken oriental salad (while thinking of Sarah B, since that's her favorite salad ever). I could have chosen mozzarella sticks, so go me. The salad chicken was fried, but oh well, and I did get a hot fudge sundae dessert, but they do these mini shooter desserts now so I don't feel bad. It was just little.
After lunch, I went to the gym. 26 minutes on the elliptical, went approx 2 miles. Did arm weights and 45 minutes of yoga. Gym scale weight: 162.25.
