Book #2 in the Riverworld series. Sam Clemens is kind of annoying. Richard Burton's a jerk, but at least he's not as annoying as Sam Clemens. Also, King John is giant bastard. And I still strongly dislike how the role of women on the Riverworld is mostly just to get raped. When are we going to see a strong female character?
