I CAN'T FIND MY SEWING KIT. OMFG IT'S MAKING ME CRAZY. WHERE COULD IT BE??

::edit:: It was in the closet, top shelf, behind the broken candle. I swear to God I looked there. It only took me an hour and a half to find the darn thing. Whatev, the pants are fixed now. Buttons = sturdily in place.

Check the freezer.

Sorry, I know it's ridiculous, but whenever I absolutely can't find something, I have to check the freezer, because one time I finally found my shoes there.

The freezer? Wow. Although, knowing you, somehow that doesn't seem as odd as it would for someone else.

Really?? How do you know? I haven't heard anything from them since I got my acceptance note!

I was maybe 12, and had forgotten that I'd put my rain-soaked sneakers in the freezer the day before to see how hard they'd get...

I'm deducing, really, because they only publish once a year in August or September, and their reading period is September through December. So since both of our acceptances came from submissions made during the last reading period, I assume it'll all end up in the next issue come late summer.
